Because our software is downloadable and as we offer a trial version, we currently only offer returns to customers under special circumstances. Those circumstances include anything where it is technically not feasable for you to run the software. Please contact our sales department at sales@laymanaidsoft.com to request a return and we will evaluate the request on a case by case basis.

We do not under any circumstances refund orders made over 30 days ago.

LaymanAid Soft instantly credits your credit card account after your Software Removal Form has been accepted. However, depending on your credit card company's process, any credits to your account may appear on your credit card within 4 to 6 weeks after Handango has issued the credit to your card.
